Can you find a specific car?
Yes — bespoke sourcing is most of our work. Give us the make, model, year and spec and we will hunt it at Japan’s major auction houses.
Do I see the car before you buy it?
You receive photographs, the auction sheet and the official condition grade, plus our representative’s own notes, before we bid.
What if the car I want is not available?
We keep watching upcoming auctions and present alternatives at the same budget until the right car appears.
Pricing & payment
Is the quoted price the final price?
Yes. Our quote is the landed, road-ready price — freight, duty, VAT, registration, plates and detailing included.
How is payment structured?
A deposit confirms sourcing; the balance is due once the car is won and the final landed price is agreed.
Can I finance the purchase?
We can introduce you to local finance partners once the final invoice is issued.
Shipping customs & VAT
How long does shipping take?
Typically 4–7 weeks by sea from Japan, depending on the sailing schedule and port of departure.
Is the car insured in transit?
Yes — every vehicle is fully insured from the auction yard to the port of Limassol.
Who handles customs and VAT?
We do. Customs clearance, import duty and VAT are all handled by our team and included in your quote.
Registration & delivery
Will the car have Cyprus plates?
Yes. We complete roadworthiness, registration and plates before handover, so the car is legal to drive immediately.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Cyprus, at no extra cost — we will meet you at home, at work or at our Limassol base.
Is the car serviced before handover?
Every car receives a first service and a full professional detail before you take the keys.
